My soft pretzel was doughy and seemed that it was not fully cooked and they put the wrong cheese on my sandwich. It was a bit busy which was no problem and also, I am not from Pa. The line slowed down and I beckoned the 2 ladies standing there chatting. I get a reply, "we don't do lottery and the machine is down".
